Here’s our version of Vegetarian Tamales, and trust us, you won’t miss the meat! We combine southwest spiced black beans, corn, onions and red and green peppers, then top it with a cumin-spiced masa and European cheddar cheese. Served with house-made pico and cilantro-lime crema for the ultimate combo bite!

Mongolian Vegetable Stir-Fry

A colorful medley of fresh vegetables wok-seared in a sweet and savory housemade Mongolian-style sauce with fresh garlic, ginger, and scallions — perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Served with Garlic Jasmine Rice and topped with fresh green onions. This meal is a flavor bomb!

Apricot Glazed Chickpeas with Couscous

This dish will surprise and delight your taste buds! It mixes roasted chickpeas and tasty cauliflower in a harissa spiced apricot glaze. It's then served atop a parsley-mint couscous with a touch of citrusy lemon. A beautiful blend of sweet, smoky, and spicy flavors creates a nourishing dish you'll want on repeat!

Garlic Szechuan Peanut Noodles

We combine a creamy housemade Garlic Peanut Sesame sauce with Calabrian chili, fresh ginger, scallions and cilantro. Then we add ramen noodles tossed with crisp carrots, broccoli, cilantro and green onions to finish the dish. This is one of our best sellers, and for good reason!

Grandma’s Mac n’ Cheese

This is Gramma’s old school recipe from PA. It’s got carmelized onions, potatoes, & a blend of cheeses with Macaroni noodles from Italy. If you’ve ever had a homemade Pierogi, it takes just like it! This humble and hearty recipe has been a staple in our family for generations and we're excited to share it with you.

Creamy Vegetable Butter Masala

A medley of fresh vegetables simmered in a rich, creamy tomato-butter sauce infused with aromatic spices. A classic and unique Indian-inspired dish that’s both comforting and vibrant. Served with Basmati rice and topped with fresh peppers. This recipe was passed to us from a local friend straight out of India.
