This is Gramma’s old school recipe from PA. It’s got carmelized onions, potatoes, & 3 cheeses with Macaroni noodles from Italy. If you’ve ever had a homemade Pierogi, it takes just like it! Make it “Colorado Style” with chopped Jalepenos on the side.
